Order Processing

All paid orders will be forwarded to our overseas fulfillment warehouse and processed within 1–3 business days. Warehouse operations stop on weekends and public holidays, which will extend processing time accordingly.

Estimated Delivery Times

All transit windows are approximate and not binding:
  • US local delivery: 3–7 business days after warehouse dispatch
  • All international regions: 7–20 business days after warehouse dispatch

    Delays caused by customs clearance, carrier transit issues, pandemic restrictions or weather events are beyond our control.

Shipping Fee Calculation & Free Shipping Offer

Final shipping cost will be displayed on checkout page, calculated by destination country, package weight and delivery speed you select.

Free standard worldwide shipping is available for all orders with subtotal over $75 USD before additional fees. Fast expedited shipping can be selected with extra surcharges.

International Import Tax & Customs Responsibility

All overseas customers shall take full responsibility for import duties, VAT, clearance fees and any other local tax charges required by customs in your receiving country.

Our store does not cover or refund any cross-border tax, customs detention or confiscation losses resulting from local import regulations. We suggest all buyers check local cosmetic import policies before ordering.

Real-Time Order Tracking

After warehouse shipment, we will send a tracking number and tracking link to your registered email address. Logistics tracking data usually updates within 24 hours after dispatch.

Handling Abnormal Shipping Situations

  1. Damaged items on arrival: Send photo proof of package and broken goods to support within 48 hours upon receiving the parcel for after-sales solutions.
  2. Lost / missing packages: Submit your order number via email within 14 days after shipment so we can file a claim with the logistics supplier.
  3. Returned undeliverable parcels: If packages bounce back to our warehouse for invalid address, tax refusal or delivery failure, the buyer must pay both outgoing and return shipping fees for a second reshipment.
