Eligibility for Return
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery date
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging condition
- A valid order number or receipt is required
Refund Approval
Once the returned item is received:
- Inspection will be completed before approval
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
Exceptions
Returns are not accepted for:
- Items marked as final sale
- Products that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer
- Promotional or clearance items (if stated)
Shipping Responsibility
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
